Dynamox – DynaLogger TcAS
TcAsDynaLogger is designed to identify common failure or defect symptoms in machinery and equipment according to ISO20816. In addition, with its triaxial spectrum and contact temperature sensors, TcAs can monitor unusual equipment and structures such as suspensions, servers, pipes and valves. In addition, this solution has an online platform, without the need for on-site installation, with several tools that help analyze data and allow constant monitoring of asset health.
TcAsDynaLogger has two monitoring modes telemetry and Inspection Monitoring
Telemetry Monitoring:
• Telemetry monitoring can be configured in various bands and includes all parameters such as acceleration, velocity, displacement in RMS form and crest factor.
• Additional parameters monitored include skewness, kurtosis and contact temperature.
Inspection Monitoring:
• Spectrum
• Waveform (linear, circular and orbital)

• General rotating machinery monitoring according to ISO 20816.

The metal-based wireless vibration and temperature sensor with BLE 5.3 communication offers spectral analysis and telemetry capabilities up to 2.5kHz. Suitable for explosion-proof zones 0 and 20, and has IP66 and IP68 protection. The sensor allows continuous monitoring from minute to minute.
