Dynamox DynaLoggerHF+ is designed to identify failure symptoms or defects in machinery and equipment across a wide range of field applications. With a wide frequency spectrum, HF+ provides complete triaxial vibration and temperature monitoring for low to high speed equipment. In addition, the solution features an online platform, without the need for local installation, with several tools that assist in data analysis and enable constant monitoring of asset health.

 

HF+ DynaLogger has two monitoring modes telemetry and Inspection Monitoring
Telemetry Monitoring:
• Telemetry monitoring can be configured in various bands and covers all parameters such as acceleration, velocity, displacement in RMS form and crest factor.
• Additional parameters monitored include skewness, kurtosis and contact temperature.

 

Inspection Monitoring:
• Spectrum
• Waveform (linear, circular and orbital)

• Spectral envelope (demodulation)

The metal-based wireless vibration and temperature sensor with BLE 5.3 communication offers spectral analysis and telemetry capabilities up to 13.3kHz. Suitable for explosion-proof zones 0 and 20, and has IP66 and IP68 protection. The sensor allows continuous monitoring from minute to minute.
